I really like clinique products and Acne Solution Post -Blemish Formula in particular.
Try some honey mix with pure lemon juice (if you're not allergic). Put it all over your face everyday after washing it. Make sure it's not sticky.
skin lightening products can fade the marks of darkened and old scars but won't remove them.. you can find good ones here -
