i used nivea body moisturizer with vitamin e on my face and it helped alot! u cant even see anything (im under a teen) but it made me grow acne.. same with my body :S its weird.. people said vitamin e helps and makes acne worse at the same time but i dont get thatDoes Vitamin E really work for acne scars? Whats your experience with it?
your best bet is with an acne cream with benzoyl peroxide not vitamin e.
