aloe vera won't work. Vitamin E- buy the vitamins and use a pin to open and squeeze on scars. If the scars are more severe, the doctor can prescribe something stronger. Vitamin E capsules will work very well

Mederma is THE best. You apply it several times a day, and any scars that you have fade completely away. You can buy it at any drug store or Walmart in the section where they have band aids and Neosporin.

the best method is laser scar removal.
Out of all of those... I would say neosporin... but get scar remover cream just make sure there is not much oil in it because it will contribute to more acne.
