Aloe Vera for acne scars on face?

Does anyone know if Aloe Vera is any good for acne scars on the face also will it cause more spots?

nothing will take the scars away, but Aloe Vera helps fade the scares and so does liquid vitamin E just apply in every night to your face and leave it until morning then wash it off, I had cystic acne when I was in high school and those were the only things that didn't cause more, helped clears the acne that I had and faded the scares a lot.Aloe Vera for acne scars on face?

Aloe Vera is a great natural healer for the skin. I'm not sure if it can tackle acne scars to any degree. But, I do know a combination of calamine, alcohol, and aloe has healed a large scar/hole in the skin until you no longer see it.
Try Bio-Oil, it is supposed to get rid of scars and age spots, and it is non greasy.
