I read a bunch of positive reviews for the Zeno, but the thing is expensive, like $150. If you are gonna try topical treatments, start with the most mild product first before you try the stronger ones - dry flaky irritated skin is just as miserable as having a breakout!. You should also use an oil free moistureizer with spf 15+. The Neutragena line is a good place to start.
clearasil has an acne scar treatment line, i havent used it. but i do use their ultra acne fighting line and it works really well.
