Waht can i do for minor acne scars on my face?

theyll fade with time..Waht can i do for minor acne scars on my face?
You might be able to improve these with at-home microdermabrasion kits. (At-home microdermasion has been studied to be nearly as effective as in-office microdermabrasion treatments -- they just take a little longer.) If you use it persistently, you may see some improvement, depending on the type of scarring you have. You can also go to your doctor and get a prescription for a retinoid cream (like Retin-A, Tazorac, etc.). These, over time, help to rebuild the collagen which has been damaged under the skin. These will be the lesser-expensive (and take longer) options.

If you want faster options, you can get laser treatments, but these will be more expensive (and usually three are required, one per month, for the best results). The maximum benefit is seen after six months -- the collagen rebuilds over time, not immediately.

Most people don't opt for dermabrasion (which is not the same as microdermasion) or chemical peels because these require significant down-time and time off from work due to the ';damage'; done temporarily to the skin. These are useful for significant scarring, however.

Do not rely on Vitamin E, olive oil, or other such ';home remedies';. None of these have been clinically established to be effective to reduce acne scarring. Good luck!Waht can i do for minor acne scars on my face?

There are some plastic surgery treatments which are fairly involved, and also spa treatments like chemical peels. But if the scars are not huge, microdermabrasion can be quite helpful. Usually they schedule 3 treatments, one week apart. It is expensive, but a lot cheaper than the plastic surgery treatments or other extensive treatments, and I don't think it's painful.
This mask should help, mix 1 tablespoon of dried or fresh yeast with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; apply on face, wait until it gets hard (try not to move), peel or wash with warm water. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
