Acne scars will fade to an extent, but for the most part they will remain quite noticeable. Those with dark skin are at a disadvantage as their scars don't seem to fade as much. If you have fair skin, consider yourself somewhat lucky as your scars will be slightly less obvious and easier to conceal.Will acne scars be there forever?
mine don't go away that much at all but i found something that helps...(other than going to get a facial peel or something like that)

it helps soooooo much! but you have to keep using it or they will come back
After about 7 years scars should go away if they aren't that deep.


You completely get new skin over the course of 7 years....so some scars should fade if there deep, but not completely go away.

Scars fade with time but they never go away. I hope you have a lot of nice things under the skin....
Acne scars will stay on your skin forever. It's just like a normal scar, it's packed with scar tissue.
My friend has acne scars and they do not go away!! It suckss
