I have never heard of saline injections for acne scars but fillers like Restylane work really good for indentations on your face... And the best part about that is that most cosmetic surgeons and even medical spas offer this procedure and it doesn't cost very much.... I wouldn't even look into other procedures b/c this one has proven the best and I enjoyed my results!! Good luck
