NO!!!
it wont work for acne scars. Acne scars are already a form of hyperpigmentation (there is excess skin pigment whereever the acne is) and getting a tan would not only darken your skin, but the acne scars as well will darken.
Your best bet is to take it easy this summer and use Proactiv Solution Skin Lightening Lotion ... put that on the spots they'll go away soon enough!! =]Hey can getting a tan make acne scars go away?

No!!!!!!!! the darker u tan the lighter your scars show up and will be alot more NOTIcEABLE
