Obagi is not inexpensive, but less costly than laser and it does wonderful things for skin texture and for evening out skin color. I have mild but stubborn acne and it has not only helped that but also reduced pore size and smoothed out skin overall. So, yes, it would either diminish the severity of the scarring or eliminate it.
