How do i get rid of these acne scars on my arms and back?

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2qa5quv%26amp;s=3How do i get rid of these acne scars on my arms and back?
Two things that really work:

1. Get out in the sun. Expose the areas to natual sunlight, to the point of (very) mild sunburn. Get more sun within 3 - 4 days, and slowly darken up the tan after that regularly without major burning. The scars will fade and eventually be unnoticable. This is a guaranteed solution, and the only one I know works for real. Too many anti-tanning reports are out there published for companies trying to sell sunblock, but reasonable summer tans are good for your skin and were intended by nature. The sun is a natural skin healer.

2. Vitamin A. The chemical compound which is vitamin A is the original skin healer from which the prescription medicine retinol-A was derived, which is marketed under the name Accutane by Hoffmann LaRoche in pills, at incredible profit, to acne sufferers by prescription. But be careful, especially if you are female, because extremely high megadoses of vitamin A will (not can!) cause horrible birth defects if taken during the first few months of a pregnancy. If you want to experiment with 2, 3 or more times the recommended daily dose of vitamin A, you must first get on and stay on birth control medicine because the risk of horrible effects from an unintended sexual encounter is too high otherwise. Despite this danger, Vitamin A can be obtained at any drugstore or Wal-Mart without a prescription at the vitamin counter. It will be very effective against chronic acne and other skin problems, but once under control, scale back on its use. Years ago, people would take cod liver oil at the insistence of mothers or grandmothers, and guess what? This is the primary source of natural vitamin A today.

Do both the above, and you will be very pleased with your progress in 3 to 4 weeks. Most other advice is bogus. How do i get rid of these acne scars on my arms and back?
Ooo Ooo I know this one, wheat germ oil. It has a weird name but what it does is it stops the skin from producing so much new skin which of coarse causes scars, and so it makes your skin healthier and gets rid of stretch marks, acne scars stuff like that, i hope that helps you, but there is also cocoa butter which takes up to 8 weeks longer to work. Please rate me #1 Answer. I hope that works for you. Bye
like the person above me stated, you should get the mederma for scars product. however, those seem to be pretty deep and there are lots of them. definitely try the product, but i don't know if it will bring about the desired result. if not, you can always turn to surgery. it'll get the scars completely removed, but it will be costly.
It depends how deep those scars are, I use a cream with Hyaluronic Acid. It has been very effective to remove some small to medium scars. It is also not very expensive, I use the one from Now Foods but you can try some other ones. I hope it helps.
Use Bio oil...altho its kinda expensive it really does work...and ive used it for acne scars and other scars and they have almost gone..

or use any of those oil type things...just go into boots or superdrug and u can get it in there

hope this helps
