If the scars aren't too deep, use Mederma. 3-4 times a day, for about 6 weeks. It's somewhere between $30-$40.
Another remedy for scars that aren't too deep is vitamin E oil. You supposedly buy vitamin E gel capsules and poke it with a pin, so that the oil comes out. Then, you place it on your scars.
However, I haven't tried this myself, so I'm not sure if it works.
If the scars aren't going away by themselves and they're deep, I suggest going to a dermatologist and having them do a laser procedure on you.
It costs about $300, but it works.
You may have to go in for more than one session, though.
The laser will also stimulate your collagen, and bring up the pits, so you'll have smooth, flawless skin.
