What is a good foundation thats affordable for light skinned girls with a few scars from past acne?

i have trouble finding a good liquid foundation that stays on all day and wont smudge off on things like my boyfriends shirt when i give him a hug and such. i am very light complected, like ivory, and i have some scars from past acne. What is a good foundation thats affordable for light skinned girls with a few scars from past acne?
I use bare minerals powder foundation applied with a kabuki brush, sounds complicated, but it take less time, it's an all natural powder foundation which wont clog your pores. A good moisturizer under your foundation helps with long-wear, make sure its oil-free.Day wear plus by Estee lauder is a good one, but pricey. If on a budget, then try the neutrogina line of moisture lotions. Also, keep with you, a powder compact or a make-up sponge to keep your make-up looking fresh all day and to avoid your foundation to rise to the top of your skin from long wear which in turn, would rub on your boyfriends shirt. What is a good foundation thats affordable for light skinned girls with a few scars from past acne?

I love L'oreal Feel Natural creme to powder foundation.
dream matte
I use CoverGirl Ultimate Finish. It's a liquid, a powder and a concealer. You can get it at Walmart and Target for under $10
try maybelline. good stuff.
You could find alot in schools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (And cute boys)!!!!!!!!!!
I work at a drugstore as a beauty advisor and a lot of girls like neutogena foundations. There's a few different kinds though, so if the place you'd buy it from would let you test colors, that could help you a little. Also the new Revlon Active makeup is pretty good. Also, even though you're probably younger like me, Infallible by Loreal is supposed to be good at not smudging off. Or that's what customers have told me.
i have found that almay and physicians formula has some relly good foundations. there is a new one by physicians formula that is called mineralwear. it is much better for sensitive skin and has good coverage, i think. also they have good coverups for red spots and such. you can find theirs at walgreens or something of the like. they are also at target but have much less selection there.
